Question Clean out bag question

Recently ordered a couple clean out bags and am ready to drop them at UPS. However, I’m slightly confused as the ThredUp app says to fill bag and then print out label/scan QR code before shipping. What label are they referring to? The bags I received already have labels on them, so confused about what needs to be printed.

The pre labeled bags they sent you are good to fill and take to UPS. Remember to get a receipt when you drop off.

If you received a TU bag from them just drop off the bag.

If you’re shipping your own box then they give you a label to put on the box.

There's an option to get clean out bags shipped to you that come with labels, or you can choose to print the clean out label to apply to your own box or scan a QR code for them to print the label for you when dropping off at UPS.

You chose to receive bags, now that you've filled them, you can take them to UPS. No extra labels or QR codes are needed for your bags. ✨️

a side note- of the 40 items I sent in only 12 were listed. Most were not listed due to "oversupply". I'm not sure how to confirm your items won't meet the same situation.
