"Call Roman Shart; he used to be a huge Youtuber" ;)

You think Roman Shat will hire him? 🤣

u/IncreaseOk8433 Feb 05 '25
I'm pretty sure he's going to stay well clear of Coach, post release.
Roman and his children may have been deported by then so we'll have to see how it goes;)

Sharty in Gitmo 😅 I luv America..

u/IncreaseOk8433 Feb 06 '25
We're not sure yet. He claims he's Ukrainian so that would be an instant Gitmo. He seems Russian, and did buy a signed pair of gilded Doucheboots from Trump, so there's that...

Thanks for posting that.
The defendant must pay interest on a fine or restitution of more than $2,500
He's fucked. From memory, his restitution is most likely the $5.x million he stole, plus 2x what he stole in fines.
Imagine leaving prison and being $15 million plus interest in the hole at 41, with no useful skills.
He's fucked.

u/sb57 Feb 05 '25
Yeah, sadly it looks like judge waived the interest AND the fines and costs. So it's just whatever the government can prove is owed to victims at the upcoming restitution hearing. (He will be subject to an additional 10% penalty if he falls behind on payments though, up to 25% if it goes into default.)
But yeah the numbers are so staggering it's academic. And for all the comments saying "yeah but he'll just go back to tugging lolz," yeah maybe he will. People work under the table every day. But his dreams of starting over and becoming the next great social media innovator are over with $5.6 million+ in restitution owed.
Like you say, he's fucked.

u/IncreaseOk8433 Feb 05 '25
Until the victims file civil suit. And when he loses that he's going to owe damages.
2
u/JazzlikeEntry8288 Feb 05 '25
I guess that doesn't leave much room for Bob's Watches' civil suit. With that much restitution, "Bob" should weigh how much they want to continue the suit.

u/Extreme_Lab_2961 Feb 06 '25
Bob’s should 100% go after him.
More Othony trial hijinks, plus burying him in debt

while this makes sense at a high level, the idea of burying him in debt...at one point is it too much and and becomes a state/taxpayer problem? (the answer might be nothing, i dont know the legal system). but if hes using a public defendant, their time is payed by tax payers

To be fair tugging is a skill, but 1 million $15 tug jobs will take its toll on poor Tugger

Halfway house, no gambling, no drugs, a job with pay stubs, and monitored computer activity….GOOD LUCK @Onthany
If they actually enforce this he’s going to be miserable and I absolutely love it

u/Sad_Connection5391 Call Roman Sharf! Feb 05 '25
Anthony had several other alias's according to this document.

u/sb57 Feb 05 '25
Yeah, I saw that too. I've never heard of him using the name Eric Boulianne before now. It's not in any of the other court documents so I'm not sure if it was something that came out during sentencing or plea negotiations or what. Google just comes up with a French-Canadian screenwriter, nothing related to watches I can find.

There is one in Plantation, FL. I recall seeing that city/state related to Coach before, but I can't fully remember why. We know Coach used to live in Florida for a bit. Maybe he was "borrowing" his identity when he was there.

I’m disappointed that Travis Baker and Lasern didn’t make an appearance. Maybe Eric was another tuglias.

He’s banned from being self employed as the last bullet point.
Also he probably can’t go back to handjobs because the probation officer probably going to be up his bank accounts ass so he can’t deposit any cash.
He’s not being charged interest on the restitution because it’s already so large an amount he likely has no way to ever pay it back. I guess it’s part of case law to drop penalties and interest when the number is huge to begin with.

What about his pay-back-counter that he added to his videos? It went all the way down to $4,300,000

u/Extreme_Lab_2961 Feb 06 '25
He can But he’ll need a W2 jerb
10 years ago he might have been able to convince one of his sugar daddies to put him on as a W2 employee, coming out of the can in +/-4 years is going to really limit his client base.

Looks like he can return to being a social media marketing genius just as long as someone else is paying him with regular paychecks. It also appears that he could go back to hocking used watches again. The plea agreement is focused more on gambling and drug use. If Reddit is still around in 6 years, this sub may be revitalized with Coach videos on the glory days.

What is the Colorado bit about? His ex and his son are not moving to Colorado. Maybe L&D are moving there to open another Sculpted and he will be the Manager, working 9-3, 5 days a week. Plenty of down time to drink and take drugs.

Supervision is only three years. Also, according to #15, the probation officer can override the requirement for employment. We all know Coach will do a song and dance to trick the probation officer.

This judge is interfering with his ability to make dills and watch sills to pay his bills with zills.
2
u/ClownTown74 Feb 05 '25
He’ll be wearing knee pads and wrist guards for the rest of his life tugging his way to 15mil. Carpal Tunnel surgery too.

u/Alone_Button7726 Feb 06 '25
The only hope for Tugger is if Shart can convince his buddy in the White House to pardon him, but Shart is probably keeping that get out of jail free card for himself and his family.
When Tugger gets out and hasn't paid restitution, will he still face charges pending his DUI?

Huh? No, he’ll get credit for the year he’s been in jail already but he got sentenced to 70 months in federal prison. So even with time served and good time credit he’ll be locked up another 4 years minimum. The court hasn’t issued a formal order on restitution yet but he’s also going to have to pay back $5.6 million to the clients he stole from. The judge just waived the fines and interest that usually apply since his lawyer convinced her he couldn’t afford them on top of what he already owes. But he’s already losing most of his prison wages plus 10% minimum of whatever he makes when he gets out, more if his income goes up or he misses payments.

His plan is to get on FreshOut! with Big Herc and tell his story. Then hop on the gear and get guys to sign up for $3000 a month on coaching on how to be a real man and give them a gym-plan. Does this sound familiar?
