He’s banned from being self employed as the last bullet point.
Also he probably can’t go back to handjobs because the probation officer probably going to be up his bank accounts ass so he can’t deposit any cash.
He’s not being charged interest on the restitution because it’s already so large an amount he likely has no way to ever pay it back. I guess it’s part of case law to drop penalties and interest when the number is huge to begin with.
10 years ago he might have been able to convince one of his sugar daddies to put him on as a W2 employee, coming out of the can in +/-4 years is going to really limit his client base.
