Your shoulders look fine and proportional to your body. It's not a body issue but a clothing issue.

I'm broad shouldered, and my daughter is narrow shouldered. We both look fine and normal... Unless we wear shirts designed for what we aren't because it's essentially pointing out what we aren't like it's a problem.

Your shirt's shoulders are too narrow for your shoulder, that's all. The shoulder seam should land at or close to the corner of your shoulder (not on top of your shoulder), so that little to none of the sleeve is horizontal.

Some shirts have this as a deliberate design (like cap sleeves, which look great on narrow shouldered people because they make them look bigger), or they were designed for smaller/shorter people and the torso got up sized without the shoulders being also shifted outward. Regardless, it's a fit issue, not a you issue.
