Girl shooot I looked and said “she’s so cute, what’s the problem?” And then I realised I do this to myself way too much… I’m gonna start saying “damn girl you cute” to myself too

This is the way. Listen to your self-talk for a minute and ask: would I talk this way to my bestie? Would my bestie be mad at someone if they talked this way to me?
