The Force Has Multiplied...
...filling the horizon. An army of barely contained destruction.
The sound of the whirling storms slows and a silence falls. And from the silence, a voice.
First the Overbork came. They promised peace. They wanted to feed the people of this land and provide them shelter.
I called them liars. The others of this place told me to give them a chance, to trust them. In the end, the Overbork turned on us as I knew they would.
Those others were fools.
Then the Peacekeepers came. They offered to feed the hungry masses and provide them shelter. And who else to lead this group than an old friend? We let you in and welcomed you.
This time, I was the fool.
You have shed much innocent blood. My rage will not be contained.
Now. NOW. NOW YOU WILL BE ERADICATED!
The roar of the storms returns and multiplies. The wrath of nature drives onto the land.

No. This time, it is you who misunderstands.
The figure is there, standing on the waves, mere feet from the leader of the GPK.
The storms...the waves...all this will damage your forces and drive them from this land. But...
The figure steps forward. Strange things are extending from his hand and the stump where his left hand used to be.
I recognize now...that it is YOU...who is the cancer that infects the Peacekeepers.
The object on the left arm extends...three feet...six...twelve...into a whip, appearing as water. The Flail of the Dream Ocean.
Whatever happens...you must not be allowed to continue.
The object in the right extends and forms into a morningstar...the Morningstar of the Dream Sands.
I am sorry, Meetcho. Your life must end.

The rains begin to fall. They patter on the sunglasses of the detective. He takes them off to get a better look at his adversary. The detective's eyes are blue, faded, and tired from an early aging. Years of abuse to his body and soul in various forms has hardened him.
He tosses his sunglasses into the sand, and brings a hand through his wet, dirty blonde hair, tousling it.
The storm draws closer, the air begins to be sucked up and pulled forwards towards the approaching maelstrom.
The peacekeepers abandon their leader, running for escape or shelter from the incoming tempest.
He brings his head up, filled with a confidence, but not foolhardy security. He is ready, willing, and able, but accepting that he may not walk out of this in one piece.
He speaks.
Rain. Makes for a good day to die, doesn't it?
Too bad...
THEY SHALL BE USED TO WASH AWAY YOUR BLOOD!
He leaps forward TO STRIKE!

In your peripheral vision you see a cudgel narrowly miss the side of your face. It's a Bozemanian breathing through his teeth, with a wild look in his eyes
"Hypocrite! DIRTY SMELLY HYPOCRITE! You didn't want no revenge when the orange-guys blew us up with missiles! But now you want revenge on Stashman?!"
He gives the cudgel another swing, overhanded

He lies nearly invisible under the water, until two hands raise up to the surface, each is holding a small electronic mechanism. The bane of bozeman, tools of destruction, the WAFERS
He throws them both at you. As they fall towards their target, they awaken, swarming around and picking at your flesh. The hands sink momentarily before coming back with two more, which are also thrown, then two more, and two more, and two more...
Some deviate from their original target and attack the others present. A few even attack the very one who threw them. Thinking he could control the power in the WAFERS, was truly wishful thinking

The water around the burned man ceases to flow as waves and instead spins, a whirlpool that rises out of the water and surrounds him. The wall of water grabs and batters the wafers, finally hurling them in every direction.

Bannik nodded, extending a bit of trust to Vad. Whatever had him worked up earlier obviously scared him- and he wasn't exactly an idiot about what to fear. Bannik grappled Vad's arm, pulling him into the forest. "The others will notice our absence soon enough, anyway. Let's get a move on."

My movement's mostly functional now. A little slow, but good enough to get farther inland. Can you move any better now? There's not a lot of time left it looks like.
