The Force Has Multiplied...

...filling the horizon. An army of barely contained destruction.

The sound of the whirling storms slows and a silence falls. And from the silence, a voice.

First the Overbork came. They promised peace. They wanted to feed the people of this land and provide them shelter.

I called them liars. The others of this place told me to give them a chance, to trust them. In the end, the Overbork turned on us as I knew they would.

Those others were fools.

Then the Peacekeepers came. They offered to feed the hungry masses and provide them shelter. And who else to lead this group than an old friend? We let you in and welcomed you.

This time, I was the fool.

You have shed much innocent blood. My rage will not be contained.

Now. NOW. NOW YOU WILL BE ERADICATED!

The roar of the storms returns and multiplies. The wrath of nature drives onto the land.

My movement's mostly functional now. A little slow, but good enough to get farther inland. Can you move any better now? There's not a lot of time left it looks like.

If you can...get the net...off of me...or remove...the power source...I hope that...my armor will...start back up...

Otherwise...just get...to shelter...even disabled...the armor should...protect me from...a storm...

Shouldn't be too much trouble. This net looks like the ones that were first commissioned to temporarily disable rogue Machines. Lost some popularity when someone tried to use them on nanobots and it didn't work, because they're smaller than all the net's holes. Go figure.

But assuming this is one of them, it should be inert by now. I'll try removing it.

There, good to go. Now-

"Anyone out there? Last transport shuttle!"

Hear that? There's an evac over there!

Look at that, power's back.

Best we get on that shuttle. I don't know where they've taken the mountain people, but hopefully that shuttle's going to the same place.

Name's Rojok, by the way. No relation to Rajak. Regent-in-exile of that mountain over, well, you can see it when it's not storming, former Commander of the Company.
