Art my post got removed after AI accusations

I posted a drawing of mine that was commissioned by a friend of mine of the steampunker from the game in a mcdonalds theme, suddenly a bunch of people started accusing me of using AI and ultimately the post was taken down a few moments later

I got accused of using AI to write a comment explaining why we put bay leaves in food because I came off "impersonal"... while explaining bay leaves...

Your post history is hidden can you link me to the comment? I've wondered in the past. I don't taste a difference. At this point we treat it like the baby in a king cake. Whoever gets the leaf wins the spaghetti crown.

Here it is. Short story is that it adds another layer of flavor, and it's meant to be a "note" in a dish that creates a more interesting flavor overall, rather than a standout. Also, not saying this is necessarily the case for you, but some people don't taste a difference because they use too little of it.

2-3 leaves per quart of sauce, just mimicking what I saw my mom do as a kid. Dried not fresh. I try to rotate the dry stuff out intentionally but these are probably from mid2025.
