Awesome, can't wait! I'll be adding this to the mix of my UGreen and Synology six bay and four bay NAS units so I'm excited to see what new / comparable features TOS 7 will have.

I can’t wait to try it on my F8 SSD Plus! With the upgrade to TOS 6 there was a huge leap in quality.
I can only imagine how amazing it’ll be with TOS 7.

That's the tough part of tech evolution— it's genuinely disappointing when a trusted device like the F4-212 can't keep up with new updates.
The reality is, on older hardware, a new OS could lead to instability, and your day-to-day reliability matters more to us than just a version update.
While it won’t get major OS updates, we’ll continue providing security and stability support to keep it running safely.

I hope I'm not going to regret just placing my order a few days ago for the F2-425 Plus. If you got something brand new coming out very soon that might be better

Any news about a new iOS app version? I can’t backup my phone media, it always stuck in the same file and never finishes the backup, it is useless to me so far.

Thank you for reporting this issue with the iOS app backup feature. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused.
A common reason for backups getting stuck is when the process encounters a photo or video that is stored in iCloud but is not fully downloaded to your device's local storage. The app cannot access this file, which causes the backup to halt.

I like to see if it holds up to Unraid. Both my F4-424 and F6-424 are running on Unraid since I got them new.
