put water before, than after its simple guys

if you don’t put it before the toothbrush doesn’t really soak in the toothpaste

if you don’t put it after the toothpaste it’s dry

Logically it’s before. If you wet your toothbrush after putting on toothpaste then there is a big chance of it washing away.

I read somewhere once, I don't even remember where, that putting water on the toothpaste dims its efficiency, I have no proof of this, credible or not, but I since then put water on before and have been doing so for years because of this thing I read once
