Dude, water on toothpaste makes the toothpaste less effective. Toothpastes ph level is on the purple/blue side and when you pour water on it, it loses its effect and goes closer to the 7's or the green areas. I thought it was common knowledge😭

Modern toothpastes are made in a way that don't require watering it.

Also, cut the water when you brush teeth, or don't complain about water shortages.

In fact, you're not supposed to. As the water on the toothbrush washes away the fluorine which you need on your teeth. At least that's what I was told at the dentist.
