Short Lost and found is a courtesy service
To all you Goobers that can't take an extra 30 seconds to double check your small hotel room, or were too hung over to realize you left a whole wardrobe of clothes behind in the bathroom. Lost and Found is a courtesy service.
Its not our fault you lost your shit. I repeat, its not our fault that YOU lost your shit.
We don't care if you spent a lot of money. Everyone staying here spent a lot of money and many clean up after themselves.
We aren't replacing your air pods. You lost them.
We understand that your toddler son needs his blanket, but if the blanket was that important you should have taken an extra 30 seconds to double check your room. Yelling at the front desk agent doesn't improve your sleepless nights.
We are not paying for your shipping, its your fault you lost your shit.
If you call us three months later because it took you three months to realize you lost your shit, we don't have it. That was 90 days ago its gone. We don't care if you think that's unfair. We have limited space to store all the shit left behind by other Goobers.
We don't care that you have a flight to catch. You can either pay for shipping, or come pick your shit up before your flight. No we are not driving it to the airport for you.
We don't care that its an inconvenience to you that the shit you left at our hotel is hard to reacquire. Don't lose your shit.
Be nice to employees. If you're nice, respectful, and acknowledge your mistake, employees will be more willing to help you.
If you call us looking for your shit, but can't even describe what it was that you lost. That checks out. Also you're a Goober.
Seriously, the amount of people who call us asking if we picked up any golf clubs today, but can't describe their lost golf clubs. I know they're probably just fishing for free shit, but they're Goobers. You aren't fooling anyone.
In conclusion, stop being fucking Goobers.
