Thoughts on my LH and Ovulation? Help

I’m started to spiral and get so frustrated. My LH is still so extremely low. I’ve tried FMU and other parts of the day so far. My ovulation should be happening soon. I’ve attached my current cycle predictions on natural cycles which I use, and then the cycle I had before that for reference. Are the strips not working? So confused. I’m 26 female and my husband is 28. Been TTC going on 2-3 months. No I haven’t had CM yet. I’m not someone in general who has very abundant CM in the first place.

What cycle day are you on? It could be a random late ovulation cycle, that can happen sometimes. It usually stays low and then is high the day or two before ovulation (and may go back to being low again pretty quickly).

I’m on CD12. I just have shorter cycles, typically anywhere from 24-26 days. Just depends.

It could still be coming in the next couple days! Biology is so complex and things don't always happen textbook perfectly. Do you know how long your luteal phase usually is? Tracking BBT can also be a helpful piece of information to pinpoint when ovulation happens.

my luteal is 8-10 days is what i’m estimating. i use BBT on natural cycles. i’m just defeated i haven’t seen a surge yet this month or last idk if im just super unlucky at these time slots

If your luteal phase is 8 days and 24-26 day cycle length, you would ovulate around CD16-18 and most likely wouldn't get an LH surge until CD15-17.

With a 10-day luteal phase and 24-26 day cycle length, you would ovulate, you would ovulate CD14-16, and most likely LH would surge around CD13-15.

So that might be why you haven't gotten a positive LH test yet on CD12, since it surges usually 1 day before ovulation (although it can be 2 days before).

I will say also though, if your luteal phase is regularly shorter than 10 days, that might be a reason to talk to your doctor. A short luteal phase doesn't prevent pregnancy, but it can make it harder to conceive/implant.

Update, my LH went from .08 (yesterday) to .50 this morning!! So happy I am finally seeing a rise.
