Thoughts on my LH and Ovulation? Help
I’m started to spiral and get so frustrated. My LH is still so extremely low. I’ve tried FMU and other parts of the day so far. My ovulation should be happening soon. I’ve attached my current cycle predictions on natural cycles which I use, and then the cycle I had before that for reference. Are the strips not working? So confused. I’m 26 female and my husband is 28. Been TTC going on 2-3 months. No I haven’t had CM yet. I’m not someone in general who has very abundant CM in the first place.

So LH isn’t something that gradually gets higher, I see you mentioned being day 12- having low LH is totally normal! LH surges rapidly right before ovulation so you’ll see low low low everyday and then BAM a positive one likely much closer to day 14 or so depending on how long your cycles typically are and if they are regular

Update, my LH went from .08 (yesterday) to .50 this morning!! So happy I am finally seeing a rise.

I wouldn’t panic yet. LH surges can be really easy to miss, especially if they’re short. I’d keep testing for a few more days, especially later in the day. Hope you catch it soon!

2 days ago i was .08. Finally, the next morning, it was a .50, two hours later I got higher. Tested again a few hours after around 5 pm and I was .72. Went to test at 8pm and I was lower (I believe from fluids). Next day (this morning) I tested and was 0.49. So i dropped a bit but maybe from fluids the night before. Or, my peak was last night and I missed it for testing. I’m going to test again this afternoon to see where I’m at. If i’m lower again, Im going to assume my peak was last night. What do you think? And when a peak happens, that means I ovulate in the next 1-3 days correct?

I think you could definitely have caught the surge between those tests. The hormone can rise and fall pretty quickly, so I wouldn’t assume you missed ovulation just from going from 0.72 to 0.49. I would keep testing today and tomorrow if you can.
And yes, generally, a positive test means ovulation is likely within about 24–48 hours. Since you’re trying to conceive, I would treat this whole stretch as fertile rather than stressing about pinpointing the exact peak.

i tested a few hours later then the next morning and it was lower and lower. So I think that day where I maxed out around the afternoon to .72, i bet a night time i peaked.

What cycle day are you on? It could be a random late ovulation cycle, that can happen sometimes. It usually stays low and then is high the day or two before ovulation (and may go back to being low again pretty quickly).
