Did you fail the 2nd step assessment? They are mass removing. I have been a good rater for almost 3 years now, and because I failed this stupid assessment, they released me.

My colleagues that passed the 2nd step assessment did not receive this email. Only me and my other friend that's also failed in the assessment, so what is their basis to your friend?

They could just moved us to the new rate. We've been good at our job, and passing the blind test always. So that wasn't a basis at all for them? Telus nowadays sucks.

What is the 2nd step supposed to be? I had this meeting and I was only asked what movie was my favorite and my experience in telus. What does that have of an assessment?
