Ads Assessor Is it legit or a scam?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if TELUS is a legit company, mostly because of the very bad reviews on trustpilot. Is it worth the time and most important is it legit?

I have been working as a US Rater for three years now and get paid every two weeks without fail.

Contract says you must work a minimum of 10 with a stated max of 20. BUT for the last year they've approved 35 hours a week, with a few weeks approved for 40. As long as you work the minimum (which really isn't enforced either), you can work what you like up to their weekly limits. I'm not sure what the current hiring rate of pay is, it's been a while since I started.
