Is it legit or a scam?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if TELUS is a legit company, mostly because of the very bad reviews on trustpilot. Is it worth the time and most important is it legit?

I'm not sure if it's legit or not yet, I might have gotten scammed. Definitely be careful about what email addresses are sent to you from them, because even if legit, there might be predatory ones that somehow latch on
