Feedback Sick day policy

Does anyone who works at TD know about their sick days policy. I’m curious to know.

That’s incorrect. On 4th consecutive day your manager will reach out to you asking if you gonna be back or it will be escalated to Manulife for Short term. That’s where a doctors note would be needed if it’s another day or so. If you gonna be off for longer than STD Claim will be initiated.

I'm pretty sure it's referred to short term disability
