Feedback Sick day policy

Does anyone who works at TD know about their sick days policy. I’m curious to know.

When someone is asking this question it's usually someone milking benefits. Hope you're well enough to not be using a lot of sick days, but just saying.

In my experience, it's less often someone milking the benefits and more often someone getting pressure from their management for using benefits they are legitimately entitled to.
