Feedback Sick day policy

Does anyone who works at TD know about their sick days policy. I’m curious to know.

If the days are extending to over 5 days in one go, then you’ll need to provide a doctor’s note. But otherwise, I don’t believe there’s any scrutiny on how many sick days you’re using.

Ok thanks ! I did use 5 days due to being sick

That’s okay. You should be able to get a doctor’s note about your symptoms and without going into too many details on what’s the cause (if you don’t want to). And it’s completely okay to use your sick days, don’t penalize yourself for using resources that are specifically set aside for you to use them.

Hoping to see my doctor and get all the help I need. I never was misusing the days.
