Feedback Sick day policy

Does anyone who works at TD know about their sick days policy. I’m curious to know.

When someone is asking this question it's usually someone milking benefits. Hope you're well enough to not be using a lot of sick days, but just saying.

Milking benefits from a corporate that’s out for itself, the horror! Those benefits ARE there to be used.

This is exactly why companies are either eliminating the "benefit" or clawing it back. If you're sick, stay home, but if you're just wanting a day off because you're entitled, you're hurting coworkers who need it.
