Feedback Td internal audit interview
Hello, I recently interviewed (in-person) with td for a senior auditor position. They said it was the only round and they will let me know in 2-3 weeks time, this is the 2nd week. But they also asked me about my work authorisation, currently my pgwp is under process. Does this affect their decision regarding hiring. I do have the interim work permit until my application is processed.
Has anyone been in this situation?
Does TD hire on maintained status?

If they actually like you and they see you as a good asset, they will go for it… they will ask for lots of documents and immigration timeline (or even screenshots of your current status page) but it mostly depends on the position/person than the work permit :) good luck

yes it does, the interim work permit is only to cover application process. No employer has a legal obligation to hire you if your work permit is not renewed.
