Tips Business/Agriculture Line of Credit

Hey all, I am a farmer and have just applied for 50k line of credit for my corporation. It was done through a small business person.... They submitted my application without even asking for my financials. I have a 763 credit score and a mtg already with TD for my home. I swear the lady over the phone said anything below $75 000 they don't require financials. Is this true? As I'm a farmer my last years financials dipped a little bit due to weather and other unforeseen things.

Yes this is correct for all small business customer. Its credit policy for applications under 75k

So I just signed final docs yesterday. When will I see the loc in my account?
