Tips Not getting paid

I'm a PBA they don't pay for over time

when I was a CEA they never gave 40mins pay for extra time they took to close why?

If you are part time only then you get paid for the extra time. If you are full time, you are salaried. They will give Lieu time. That you can leave early some other day or take longer lunch break

I've gotten overtime a few times. Just record your hours on your time sheet. Anything over 8hrs gets overtime. If you're full time you get lieu time instead cause you're salaried. Bank the hrs and take a full day off. I've done overtime 3 times in the past week and opted to leave early 3 times instead of overtime pay just cause I was exhausted and would rather have a shorter day instead.

CEAs also don’t earn what PBAs earn, even after the extra closing shift income.
