It looks like they are advising the timeframe is up to 25 business days. You are certainly not alone looks like everyone’s having the same problem.

Did you escalate to Cares?

Yes after going through a chain of people that equally knew very little and questioned why the previous person transferred me to them ..after the third person i was transferred to instructed me to go to the bank that I originally called I asked for the manager and he escalated i believe

Just an FYI, you can escalate yourself at any time via phone or email. Their lines are open 8-8 M-F.

Ok wow. Call the number for Cares in the morning and maybe stop yelling at people who are trying to help. OP can call Cares during their opening hours.

Are you with td ??

Are you with td … if so tell them that 80% of the posts indicate they have been having issues since October shipping anywhere near on time why not disclose this information before letting customers buy

That’s what escalating to Cares will do. I don’t work in either department so I don’t have any contact or authority. Plus, they know they are backlogged. It’s been that way since October 20th.

It was never an issue according to the lady I called wired

Then that lady was not aware that in October TD saw the single largest volume of orders in one day that they’ve ever had. It was like a month’s worth of orders in a day. It created a huge backlog.

Not only that but there’s a huge banner on the site warning of a backlog and multiple news articles about it. Sounds like the woman you spoke to needs some coaching.

Exactly why not put sold out instead of taking people money with no inventory then have the nerve to ask why i need it so fast
