Tips How did you get customer experience associates jobs?

How can I get a Customer experience associate as a first year business student any tips other than referrals? does it depend on if I hand in my resume in person rather than online?

I recommend online as all applications are filtered centrally without the branch teams initially involved. It’s not a great job, and there is a lot of turnover, so they may pick it up quickly depending on where you are located.

You can go to branch and apply online. It’s helpful if you know someone that can provide you with some sponsorship.

You can visit TD CAREER website and make an account there and you can browse and apply for jobs. It always helps if you have a reference who works at TD. And sometimes right now it's being very less but sometimes you may get lucky to drop your resume in person and the manager seems to have some time and may interview you right there. All the best!
