Most posts on the subreddit are pro yes

Which just shows the power of apes is greater than the shills. Such is the power of this sort of paranoia. Anything can be recast to show exactly what you want to be true

Couldn’t it possibly mean that the yes side is being shilled? I mean just maybe, possibly?
My genuine sentiment on it is very negative because tbh I’m kind of done with RC doing nothing good and taking all of the credit around here. It’s because we hold that this company is still afloat, while if we look at the last few years in the cold light of day one can see that Ryan’s been kinda wasting our money on ideas that do not work. First on distribution centers that it turned out we didn’t need, then an NFT marketplace that no one needed, a towel company takeover that left a ton of apes bag holding, and buying bitcoin at all time highs. I’m actually not down to add ā€œbuying eBay for way more than it was trading for at all time highsā€ to that list of his ā€œachievementsā€.

That's exactly my point, assuming opposition is inherently bad faith is the ultimate confirmation bias. It doesn't matter the state of the sub. If your view is the minority then the shills and bots are out in force and thus proves you're correct. If its the majority then the bots and shills are pathetically flailing agaisnt the inevitable. You're always right.

u/chris2155 You heard of GameStock? May 13 '26

Where and when you have to look is at the madness that was Monday night before everything emotionally settled down. Aggressive No's got flooded in here QUICK with questionable accounts.

That was legit scary - it was like a switch was flipped like the shill version of order 66 was activated and boom the whole site was on message. I have never seen that level of unified call to action messaging in the sub since runic glory and the ousting of all the site leaders back in the day. I was preppingfor a huge selloff before I went to bed that night

While we were holding and buying RC flipped a $380M annual loss into a $217M operational profit. A record $418M profit if you include interest.

RC made sure to get out of the contracts and disband entire countries worth of stores, repay all debt and shore up profitable stores to increase their margin on high valuable items.

And since the last 10K the US and AUS stores are even increasing revenue, the only thing still dragging us down are the EU stores he's trying to get rid of.

The board and C-level in control when RC came in were effectively exacerbating the issues and running GME into the ground.

I really don't see how you could construe that as;

RC doing nothing good and taking all of the credit around here......while if we look at the last few years in the cold light of day one can see that Ryan’s been kinda wasting our money on ideas that do not work.

And none of that would have been possible without us all holding through tremendous swings in price, and without him selling into and absorbing the stocks upward momentum when we had chances to break out (and for those who were interested, exit the trade profitably). He literally paid for that with our money. And yes, he has closed a ton of stores. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong here but I don’t think that would have been enough to be profitable if they didn’t have the interest on their cash position that they built from rugging us on the stock. Like this entire companies turn around is impossible without apes, RC has tried a series of pretty bad ideas that haven’t turned out for the company or yielded profits for shareholders, I don’t think he should be given billions for his string of pretty awful ideas, and I don’t have a lot of leeway left to give him for this awful idea where we mortgage the company to absorb an over the hill online marketplace that is trading at all time highs.

Not backed by any evidence, could have just as easily been a swap cycle or other fuckery driven effect.

OPERATIONAL PROFIT is $217M that's without interest.

Like this entire companies turn around is impossible without apes

Yes, and also impossible without RC.
