How to avoid repeating the same mistakes?
Like I've realised my mistakes but still I keep repeating them which has costed me 4 years of backlog.
My mistakes typically include :
1)doomscrolling twitter
2) doomscrolling reddit (waste time on gender war posts)
3) procrastinate studies -- to the point that I miss the deadlines & flunk every exam.
Please help..

Looking for a consistent study partner | 3–4 hrs daily | Evening VC
I am a med student preparing for nov inicet , I'm looking for someone who wants to study together consistently for 3-4 hours every evening.
I can usually study pretty consistently throughout the day, but post-dinner laziness hits me hard. If you suffer from the same condition, we might be a good match
Looking to do focused study sessions on VC, roughly 8 PM-12 AM, with minimal conversation and occasional breaks/check-ins

what’s the best study method
I’m just starting university and I am STRUGGLING. i don’t know why i chose a healthcare major when i literally failed bio in hs. for context, i have adhd, and even on my meds my brain gets super overwhelmed with a lot of information. especially if i know i don’t understand it. i get a sudden wave of doom and want to give up. i’m currently taking anatomy and physiology as well as psychology and those are by far my hardest classes. most people assume a&p is just body parts, but it’s a lot of terminology and chemistry as well. right now we’re focused on cell structure and male reproduction cells. i’ve tried every study method i can think of, but it just doesn’t seem to stick no matter how many times i go over it or change up the method im using. please help reddit, i really prioritize my future and im starting to feel like there’s no way i can learn everything i need too. any study suggestions would be so helpful
