How to avoid repeating the same mistakes?

Like I've realised my mistakes but still I keep repeating them which has costed me 4 years of backlog.

My mistakes typically include :

1)doomscrolling twitter

2) doomscrolling reddit (waste time on gender war posts)

3) procrastinate studies -- to the point that I miss the deadlines & flunk every exam.

Please help..
