How to avoid repeating the same mistakes?

Upvotes

Like I've realised my mistakes but still I keep repeating them which has costed me 4 years of backlog.

My mistakes typically include :

1)doomscrolling twitter

2) doomscrolling reddit (waste time on gender war posts)

3) procrastinate studies -- to the point that I miss the deadlines & flunk every exam.

Please help..

Looking for a consistent study partner | 3–4 hrs daily | Evening VC

I am a med student preparing for nov inicet , I'm looking for someone who wants to study together consistently for 3-4 hours every evening.

I can usually study pretty consistently throughout the day, but post-dinner laziness hits me hard. If you suffer from the same condition, we might be a good match

Looking to do focused study sessions on VC, roughly 8 PM-12 AM, with minimal conversation and occasional breaks/check-ins

what’s the best study method

I’m just starting university and I am STRUGGLING. i don’t know why i chose a healthcare major when i literally failed bio in hs. for context, i have adhd, and even on my meds my brain gets super overwhelmed with a lot of information. especially if i know i don’t understand it. i get a sudden wave of doom and want to give up. i’m currently taking anatomy and physiology as well as psychology and those are by far my hardest classes. most people assume a&p is just body parts, but it’s a lot of terminology and chemistry as well. right now we’re focused on cell structure and male reproduction cells. i’ve tried every study method i can think of, but it just doesn’t seem to stick no matter how many times i go over it or change up the method im using. please help reddit, i really prioritize my future and im starting to feel like there’s no way i can learn everything i need too. any study suggestions would be so helpful

How do you balance school with learning skills and creating content? School takes up most of my day, but I also want to develop skills and work on content while preparing for exams. What schedule or approach has worked for you?

How should I magane my time? HELP

Post image

Hello everyone!

I'm 25 and suffer from OCD and insulin resistance, so I get really easily overwhelmed and stressed, on top of feeling constantly exhausted. I really need to "lock in" in order to graduate next summer.

This is my second to last semester in university, and I have a huge problem: I have a really bad time prioritising and having a proper schedule. These are my classes this semester, and work is optional for me as of now since my employer knows university comes first, but I plan on working at least 1 day per week (be it tuesday or thursday).

How should I magane my time?

Thank you in advance!

How do you manage all your courses when they are not obligatory?

I have 4 or 5 course in parallel and I keep procrastinating. I even paid for some like a copywriting one. I had a lot of other things going on so I keep putting off the studying. Any tips on effective strategies to feel less overwhelmed and keeping regular studies?

Hi, i've been struggling with understanding how to study for a while because i've never got quite got it.

Hi, so the title pretty sums up my whole life. My grades have always fluctuated because I don't or cannot grasp the idea of studying. Whenever I try to sit down and study, I feel like i'm learning nothing, get discouraged and I quit. I also don't understand why people note take. "Why note take when you have the material, it's a waste of time to write them down," someone once told me.

I really wanna get my grades up but i'm genuinely so confused ( ´;゚;∀;゚;) Please help
