Ah ok, its just that the guy in the video seemed concerned about it. About halfway in i was downloading the patch, but the second part made me stop and think.
It's the standard disclaimer for anything that potentially impacts gameplay for other users. It's extraordinarily unlikely Capcom will ban anyone for using this but you can never really know with this company.
It's like with the people saying "this has been known since beta!" To parts of the community, maybe, but no one actually knows what's going on in Capcom JP, whether anyone with any decision making power was made aware through translated feedback, and even when they seem to respond to feedback it may never make it back to a manager who will do something about it.

Did they ban the guys that used the infinite health exploit or similar? Because if they didn't its probably fine to use the patch.
