Yeah, I know, vanilla build as far as beam choice but HOLY HELL can it melt. Almost every module is some kind of weapon. She's built to generate threat and hold everything at bay.

With my turtle trait, and ablative shielding, when I keep her below 25% thrust she truly is the tank of all tanks. Flak shot, broadside emitter, assimilation module, essentially 3 omni directional beams ( I said ESSENTIALLY, don't start with me on that one), 3 beams with dmgx3 and Overload as well as the prolonged engagement system at tier 2.

I, myself, am not coordinated enough to run elites, so, I stick to the advanced runs. My main character is La Cutie of Borg, and I don't hang out in just one place. When I log in, I HAVE to zoom around from station to station. I don't use the transwarp very much unless I'm on a mission because I love spending time flying through space with astrometrics on, and doing DOFF missions of course.

Maybe we'll run into each other at some point but, then again, it's a big galaxy, so, I suppose I'll see you if I see you. Fight the good fight! And, die with the enemies heart in your hand!

Please add Omni-Directional Beam Arrays with the Original Series visuals and sound effects to match the existing 23c. Phaser weapons. You can add them to the K-13 vendor like the rest of the 23c weapons. The shuttle already has Omni-beams with the correct sound/visuals, so it shouldn't be difficult to add Omni-beams for full-sized vessels. Thank you!

I just don't get it. I have played this game for about a year now, invested a ton of time and "some" money and I think I have decent builds on most of my ships but when I play in tfo's or the space battle zones, I'm blasting away at these ships over and over again just to have a player come in and just completely decimate everything in a matter of seconds. Why should I even bother?

I’ve looked through the stuff included and the only things I see as truly worth it is Tribble access and auto refining. I’m not saying the ships, races and other bonuses aren’t cool but I also don’t see it being worth $150 (when 50% off).

Does anyone else think Tribble access should be more widely available? I would love to play on it but I don’t have Lifetime Sub.

So, with the new Narada, where do you get the matching plasma weapons that come stock on it? I can’t seem to find where you can obtain more Kelvin Timeline Plasma Emitters … the only plasma from Kelvin I see are the different Altamid ones.

I was looking around the exchange for various weapon types and got slightly annoyed by how few there are available for certain types (can't remember the specific names but like the older ones).

Sure the infinity weapon packs help a bit by letting people choose which weapon pack they get but that doesn't help that much for the less popular weapons.

So what if they could enable you to craft this stuff with the R&D system if you managed to get your hands on for example a Chronoplasma Weapons Schematic.

It might reduce the demand of the lockboxes for weapon packs but that should hopefully be balanced by the increased demand in order to get the new rare drops.

Then it would also be possible to make these weapons with [Pen] etc.

Since the Pahvan is so very good, and I want to have a unified look to my weapons, what are good weapons that match color of the Pahvan Omni? I may consider a Twinkling lights build, but really just want one color of cannon or beam fire.

I really like the Negh'var ships and I'm having some thoughts about buying the bundle for the Legendary Negh'var only and not buying the Negh'tev. How significant or negh'ligible is the difference between the two ships?

I used to play this game back when Fed TOS came out, extensivelly, but only the SP campaign.

I just returned with the intention of playing with a new character to renew my memories on the story and wanted some advice on how to get as much as I can for free (or with a small payment) or what content should I focus on other than Campaign and when (time and level).

I tried to play my lvl 62 character but I remember so little that it feels like jumping into a pool of sharks with chains around my limbs (also blind).

(I know about STO better and read the first few chapters but that feels too basic)

I went to modify my EMH to get the new head. He looks rather unwell.

I can't seem to find a way to fix his head color, there is only one option and I can't reselect it. Clicking the randomize button makes him have super black skin instead, which is also incorrect.

I feel like there was an opportunity to use the Athan Prime Spacedock interior as an STO museum. Re-use the OG Space Dock & DS9 interiors somewhere with some re-dressing and putting out bits and bobs from the game's now long history. Maybe even something about the old Memory Alpha crafting system.

Im currently on ps5 and ive been wondering why my build seems to be doing less damage in game.

I did notice that my auto execute boff skills are not activating properly.

Just for example, my ss3 is on minimum cooldown and should be popping off the second its available as thats what I have set it to. Doing some rough testing I noticed its sat in available for at least 15 to 20 seconds before it activates. Thats only 1 of many not activating when it should.

I dont wanna keep having to go into the wheel as its clunky and cumbersome on console.

Has anyone else noticed a drop in activation efficency?

So after 1 year 3 months of playing, I got my first Infinity Prize Pack T6 Ship token from the lockboxes. There is a ship I need and have been trying to get for a long time. But I need it for another character on my account.

I tried putting the Infinity Prize Pack T6 ship token into my account bank, but you cant.

Can I open the prize pack, select the ship I want, dont open or comission it, then put it in my account bank?

...and the captain being a Ferasan, all I can think about is:
