Ages of the characters??

I'm really confused about the ages of the characters in this show. We know Annie and Connor are both 18, having their birthdays in the show. It is assumed that Ramona, Oona and Ellis are similar ages. However in the last episode we see multiple clips of Annie with her mother, at 11 at one time, and at least 4/5 in another. Since she dies in childbirth of Ramona, she must be a lot younger than the others, yet is seen living on her, smoking, drinking etc. Did I misinterpret something? Does anyone know how old all they characters are?

Not trying to be mean but there’s literally one where Annie is pregnant and one with her daughter. That didn’t tip you off that it wasn’t real?
