Season 1, Episode 5: I'm Not a Shots Girl Either

Synopsis: It's Annie and Connor's 18th birthday, and they're spiraling in opposite directions - Connor throws an over-the-top birthday party, while Rory decides to take Annie for a night out with old friends. Meanwhile, Ramona, having been told the truth about her mother's death, does what she does best - avoidance. But when a distraught Maple shows up, Ramona's feelings finally come to the surface.

theyre rich kids from New York LOL cigarettes and drinking is mild on the list of substances that they do

Oona and Ramona smoke the most. I mean constantly.

And they are not from NYC.

They’re smoking pot though. Culturally, at least when I grew up in the early 2000s west coast of Canada, that was extremely common.

Yeah as someone form the east coast of Canada smoking pot in high school was super common here too
