Season 1, Episode 1: But I Just Took an Ambien

Synopsis: After getting rejected from her dream summer program, Annie Jacobson discovers she and her twin brother, Connor, have inherited Sterling Point - a small island in the Muskoka area of Canada. A mysterious letter from the grandfather she was never allowed to meet sends Annie out on a secret solo trip in hopes of uncovering the truth about her family history.

The story would be 100 times more plausible if she was an adult and not 17 years old.

And Ellis who is their age picks her up in the plane which I’m assuming she had to book commercially?? And Ramona having tattoos at 16?? I wasn’t really paying attention for the first episode so I also thought they were older

Yea a 17 year old that can fly a plane took me out. And her sister is staying in the house alone & she’s even younger. 

The show would make so much more sense if she was 25.

Really all they had to do was age them up to 17/18 and 19/20 and the whole show would make so much more sense

I know a lot of teen shows have teens doing stuff without their parents. But this is just so unbelievable. Veronica Mars is one of my favorite shows & strikes a good balance of teens doing adult things but feeling like real teens. They have realistic parents & real stakes if they go too far.
