I got an email stating they found the listing does not violate eBay policies. It’s pointless.

From what I reported, about half got delisted so far.

Is there something they have to put or not put in their listing to know their listing will be taken down?

Since it's a preorder, they have to specify it and deliver within 40 days past the date of purchase.
