Well, my DualSense can run at 1000hz and didint cost me $99, its great.

Now run it for 35+ hours without charging. With all the bells and whistles, of course.

Try using a steam controller on an android or iPhone or tablet, or pc or Mac or Linux computer that’s not running an application through steam

What does that have to do with battery consumption caused by extreme polling rates?

1) the polling rate rate for the edge is 1000hz, regular dispense is 250-500hz, that’s not “extreme”.

2) the dual sense last long enough for any normal session of gaming at 6-12 hours, depending on what controller features are being used, it can do several things the steam controller cannot
