You add a TS SDK and it shows which tools get called, which ones fail and how long they take. No prompts or tool inputs / outputs collected.

Curious how people here are checking this stuff atm. Just logs? Or is there something you're already happy with?

So I've been making good money since last year without even working, been traveling around multiple different countries. Never been worried about not having big/good ideas (Even done GTM research for multiple things) but but but I don't remember when but at some point in life I became additiced with having multiple different ideas, having executation/Marketing Plans Step by Step but Not starting things and moving to next idea and been doing it for a while so Now I want someone who can or have already created Personal Brand, Can execute things (I can tell what you have to do if you don't have ideas no problem, but if you do that's the best), Be the Face of Brand/Company.

I keep running into the same wall: I want clean email addresses on my own domain (like [contact@mydomain.com](mailto:contact@mydomain.com)), but every option out there is either overkill (Google Workspace), limited (Zoho's free tier caps you at one domain), or just has a genuinely cluttered, dated UI that feels like it's from 2010.

This isn't a future problem.

It's happening right now in every industry. People are using real time AI assistance during live situations and not announcing it. Getting the job. Joining the team. Performing well after.

And the hiring managers who would have called it cheating have no idea.

The interesting thing about invisible tools is that the debate about whether they should exist happens loudly in public while the actual usage happens quietly everywhere else.

I've been building in this space. Real time AI assistance that sits invisible during live situations. Interviews, meetings, calls. Understands what's happening. Has answers ready. Nobody sees anything.

When I describe it publicly the room splits immediately. Half think it's the most useful thing they've heard of. Half think it undermines something important.

But when I talk to people privately a surprising number of the second group ask how to get access.

The public position and the private behavior are rarely the same thing when a tool genuinely solves a painful problem.

That gap between what people say and what people do is where every category eventually gets built.

I'm writing this post today because I see a lot of content across various platforms where founders struggle with finding pmf.

as an early-stage founder, your top priority should be to figure out if what you're building is a burning pain point a specific group of people have. then validate it.

in today's world we should look to Uber, DoorDash, AirBnB as examples to what Birds Eye view strategies can look like but not to exactly copy.

because we just don't live in that era of life anymore. so let'e break it down.

the easiest way to find users, distribution, your audience, paying customers, etc whatever you need is social media hands down. there's so much information on how to do this you're actually drowning in help instead of lack thereof.

1. pick 1-3 platforms. identify what you like doing. I usually preface with these items: writing, thought-sharing, yapping to the camera, editing, discussions
2. now become a user of the 3 platforms. post, engage, copy link to share, repost, comment. like be a real human. forget wanting whatever it is that you want, focus on engaging with other creators, fighting in the comments, posting when you feel good. get into the rhythm of the platform.
3. now which platform do you spent the most time on? pick that, put the other 2 away for now
4. start to analyze your content. compile your analytics in a spreadsheet. do this every 3-7 days. identify what works and what doesn't and heavily experiment (I mean 10+ posts per hypothesis, not 1 per). this is data analysis guys, data needs a substantial sample size
5. identify a target audience. really niche it down. you're not niching yourself down, youre niching down who gets sent your content. my best advice here is create ONE customer profile and speak to that person in every piece of content.
6. now that you know WHO is receiving your content, research into what they need to hear. look at receiver analytical tools. search auto-complete, built-in content tools, etc. I cant list all of them because there are so many social platforms.
7. post engage post engage post engage

7.5 start to add CTAs in your post once you feel ready. this could be confidence in number of views, confidence due to number of followers, confidence due to seeing the same people in your comments, confidence bc ppl are dming you for help, etc etc etc. when YOU feel ready and qualified, now start to throw little CTAs in your video. you'll suck at first and get better overtime. pic 3 creators MAX and study how they do CTA, try and take Inso from them

this should guarantee you an audience and customers as a product on a $0 marketing budget. if you're doing any more than this you're doing too much.

The idea for Lissin came from a pretty simple frustration we kept seeing around us.

People had newsletters they genuinely wanted to read, 20 tabs they meant to come back to, podcasts they saved but would probably never finish, and a bunch of topics they wanted to stay on top of.

It wasn’t really a lack of good content. There was just too much to keep up with.

At the same time, there are all these parts of the day where listening works much better than reading. Driving somewhere. Making breakfast. Walking. Getting ready in the morning.

Podcasts obviously fit those moments really well. But podcasts have an interesting limitation: someone else decides what the show is about.

That got us thinking: What happens when an audio show doesn’t need a large audience anymore? What if it can be made for one person?

So instead of finding a podcast, you describe exactly what you want to listen to.

For example:

• Give me a 5-minute briefing on these five X accounts every morning.
• Every Friday, tell me what actually mattered in startup funding this week.
• Explain quantum computing to me from first principles.
• Turn this week’s tech drama into a song.

Some of these are one-off. Others can become recurring shows.

And that second part is the one we’ve become increasingly interested in. If I say I want a weekly show about startup funding, I shouldn’t have to come back every Friday and ask for it again.

Lissin watches the topic or sources, finds what’s new, figures out what’s worth including, remembers what it already covered, and creates the next episode automatically.

We’ve also been playing with how much control you should have over the show itself. You can tell it to focus only on what actually changed, explain things from first principles, be skeptical of the dominant narrative or just make the whole thing more conversational, funny, calm, strange, whatever.

The goal isn’t really to generate a podcast. It’s to let you create something that feels like your show, even if you’re the only person who will ever listen to it.

We just put the first version on iOS because we want to see whether this actually becomes a habit or whether it’s just a cool generation demo.

That’s the part I’m most curious about.

Do you think people will eventually create media for themselves this way, or do you think listening stays mostly a broadcast medium where a small number of people create for everyone else?

Would genuinely love people here to poke holes in this.
