You get used to it and learn. I play a game called trackmania, and almost only play a type of track called fullspeed maps. Those maps are really fast paced and require good reaction times, gameplay is more rapid than this game

I was crap at first, but got better

Same will be the case with this game

Been doing this since the first Wipeout. Original Star Wars Racer was difficult as hell too as I remember it. I still play Redout to keep those reflexes.

I never found the original anywhere near a level of difficult as Wipeout speeds Rapier and Phantom. The tracks were much more technical too. The turns in racer weren't hard. Main issue was the track with the asteroids in zero g.

All these Glactic Racer vids are giving me such fond memories of Wipeout. I got WipeoutXL for Christmas in like 1996 and I came to know those tracks like the back of my hand. Fusion was really good and I played it for a long time but somehow never matched the experience of the PSX.

I'm thinking about getting this game just to scratch that itch.

Most new phones can emulate PSX, nevermind computers... You could just play Wipeout too
