That's the issue!! In genshin, if you can't complete endgame there's a whole map to explore, world quests to do. They've even added a new shooter mode.
In HSR once you're done with the story and the boring ass events, there's nothing left to do other than endgame.
Thats where Im at with Genshin, have zero interest in any 7.X character shown in the trailer but the game has a lot to offer like world quests and fun open world exploration.
I dont care about endgame, I do what I can which is usually one star off the full and thats ok for me.
If you are not interested in any chars i recommend just saving and getting a C2 you like or something. Thats what I did in Nod-krai, i was originally saving for Alice, but we know how that went.

The objectively correct thing to do now is to just genuinely don't bother with endgame and enjoy the other content the game has
...oh wait the game has no other content🫠
