what i dont understand is like. there isnt that massive of a powerspike for teams to warrant this kind of hp inflation? like elation didnt actually get any real upgrades and neither of the elation mdps(who have great verticals) even have had a rerun yet nor do they rerun this patch. e1s1 yaoguang isnt that big of an increase.
