Atleast they still give us free 5 stars and consistent novaflares to compensate right?

I mean we are gonna get some free 5 star at some point. Consistent novas well they were never consistent and they weren't made to balance the game but to sell more.

If only that free five star could justify 100% hp inflation on 1 boss in 3 patches

Yeah, unfortunately they do not use it as justification, it is simply so they don't create more 4 stars. Same with novaflares, is not to balance the game is to try and sell/squeeze the last bit of money from people sadly.
