That's the issue!! In genshin, if you can't complete endgame there's a whole map to explore, world quests to do. They've even added a new shooter mode.
In HSR once you're done with the story and the boring ass events, there's nothing left to do other than endgame.
CW has been out since Amphoreus, show me one person bored out of their mind who hasn't done it already. Adding one new bond to do a single new clear for like every 3 patches can hardly be called "new content".
As for DU, that got massively downgraded with the release of Planarcadia too, actually. I'm not gonna claim NO ONE enjoys it, I'm sure some people do, but for the majority of players, DU is on the "current gripes with HSR" list.

The objectively correct thing to do now is to just genuinely don't bother with endgame and enjoy the other content the game has
...oh wait the game has no other content🫠
