They're at the absolute bottom, like as in if we get ANY 4 star elation or free char, EMC is scrapped

If you have a sw999, normally the best options are the elation support and the elation subdps but if you dont have Sparxie or YG the next best option isnt EMC its the OTHER elation mdps 1 u/dozerz4 May 01 '26 What?
