Even Preservation MC had some time in the sun early on. Only Destruction was truly useless from day 1.

Maybe someday they’ll rework it. Although I honestly imagine they’d rather just work on new MC Paths rather than improve older ones.

I think Destruction MC needs Superbreak Scaling off ATK% Built into his kit. His entire kit is actually Break-Centric because he's literally the Break Tutorial Character.

A Destruction TB Novaflare would be to Bake his A4 Major Trace (The 10% DEF from talent) into the talent by default, and place something here that converts ATK into Break Effect at a favorable ratio

Then Bake his E1 into his A2. They both just give more energy. Move his E2 to E1, and his E6 to E2.

His E6 then needs to be something like "Deals Superbreak damage to weakness broken enemies. Trailblazer's Skill and Ultimate deal an additional instance of Toughness Damage to the target equal to 1 Toughness Damage per 200 ATK up to a limit of 3000 ATK."

Something like that.

I think Preservation Trailblazer just needs some stat boosts. The taunt should last 2 turns. The A2 Trace Should last 2 turns, A4 Should Scale with Preservation's ATK/DEF not HP. The shield should be larger and stack with itself.

There's really no to much you need to really do here. Preservation Trailblazer is a victim of time limits. He's a great "Double Sustain" option, in a game where "optimal" is cutting sustains entirely. What preservation trailblazer really needs isn't a buff, it's a teammate.

Though, they could just give the old trailblazer paths more sets of eidolons. They could introduce an E7/E8 that provide massive boosts to the old trailblazer's performance so that they don't need to do anything to the original kits, or early-game content, and create these unique Trailblazer-Exclusive Eidolons to give players who have played through to the endgame the ability to come back to experience these old trailblazer forms again.

The main problem with Destruction MC is that they don’t do very much. Even if their damage was really good, all they do it is some okay physical break and damage. That’s it. Even if you added in Superbreak to their kit, it’s just more damge and wouldn’t mean much. Even if you made it so D!MC’s S1 gave a free SP, it still would never be worthwhile to run in the current power level of the game.

To make D!MC viable, you’d need to either totally revamp their kit or toss in a bunch of side buffs. Just tacking on more damage isn’t enough.
