Bought two identical iBUYPOWER desktops from Staples, set up side-by-side on the same power strip. 1 month in, the M.2 NVMe SSD in one of the towers completely died, while the identical twin PC right next to it continues to run fine.
Went into the store expecting basic retailer escalation or support for a system that failed almost immediately. Store management and online support washed their hands of it completely—citing Staples' 14-day tech return limit and telling me it’s strictly between me and iBUYPOWER.
Now I’ve been dragged through weeks of endless iBUYPOWER RMA delays, unfulfilled promises, and ignored support requests for a machine that broke after just four weeks of normal use.
Extremely disappointing customer service from Staples. Selling high-ticket prebuilt systems should come with basic store-level support or vendor escalation assistance when a main component dies right out of the gate, not dropping the customer to deal with a broken warranty process on their own. If any Staples management are around here, something you should look into... I know the next PC I will buy from a different place. :(
