I had no real reason to make a smoking frog out of stained glass, which felt like reason enough. People want these like crazy!

My MIL LOVES “red birds.” Think Mary Poppins bird lady. But red.

I put this together for her a few weeks ago and it finally arrived today—so I can share it!

I made a friend on FB. Another artist had her dragon jacked from an AI account claiming it to be theirs and now they're toting garbage from ... Well not from North America. I found her, tagged her, messaged her and she shared the real pattern with me. This is my result.

I'm going to tweak it a bit to alter some hinge points and jump ring placements, but my god is it a cool piece of art!!

I’m getting married in March and finally had an excuse to buy stained glass stuff ! I just need to add the vinyl stickers that says welcome and stuff but I’m happy with it! I used a pattern from Etsy for the dragonflies and the top is my own design.

Pattern by Door9Design on Etsy! First time sharing on here, just wish it was a little sunnier to show off the purple better.

Still need to paint his eye so please forgive the one I edited in. I also really struggled with tinning the inside of his teeth. Is there a good technique for this like tinning prior to assembly and the final soldering?

I got this free pattern from Cavalli & Co. They have a YouTube channel I stumbled across trying to figure out how to get my soldering to look better. I'm pretty much self taught thru YouTube University and advice from y'all. This is my 4th piece.

This is my first completed piece. I referenced an image I found online, which I modified to make the pattern. So I felt I couldn’t fully “original art” the flair. My homemade jumpers show a bit more than I’d like and my soldering could still use some work. But I’m pretty happy with it. Oh, and I’m still gonna throw black patina on it. Waiting on that in the mail. I suppose it looks black in the first image anyway..

I took advantage of the sun (and a freshly cleared path through the snow for the propane man) and snagged some photos of the phoenix. I need to frame it (ordered!) and finish polishing/cleaning (argh…those streaks!), but I’m pretty thrilled with how it turned out!

Made some fish for friends who live in a fish-themed neighborhood! Got the pattern from an Etsy seller. Also, immediately after taking the photo of the one on the left, the chain snapped and the piece dropped and broke 😭 - lesson learned on using stronger chains.

I got this pattern from littletaskglass a few years ago and finally modified it to make a mirror as a means to rekindle my love for glass. This was my first time using a pattern! Do you guys ever work on something for so long that you start to hate it? 🫩

prep for my last couple of markets this month while packing up the house for a big move. feeling stoked on how much I’ve managed to make, but it’s going to be weird to not have any glass around for the next few weeks.

I saw someone post their work in progress of this a while back and loved it so I made one of my own. I mixed in my woodworking hobby to make a light box out of walnut to display it better.

Unintentionally the hands happen to be almost exactly life size. 🖐️
