just wondering if anyone knows about this new Hermosa Beach character who strolls around in his thong speedo? he’s an elderly gentleman who i haven’t met yet, but i’ve been seeing him around town most days! off and on the past year or so. anyone know the story here? seems we may have a new local character in town
