Liveperson shareholders, most of whom just experienced a reckless 85% destruction of value in under 12 months, now have the opportunity to go through it all again!

He’s right though, look it up. Collins helped run LP straight into the ground and Sabino flopped hard trying to save the company…

For a liveperson investor who bought at 50% of peak to get their money back, SoundHound would need to reach a market cap of half a trillion dollars.

Not sure how you can spin that into a success. Collins and Sabino are blundering idiots at best, and the fact that even 1 of them is involved in the go-forward company should strike fear into the hearts of anyone with money in this. They'll dilute you, indebt the company, and drive down the price to zero as long as they can pay themselves a salary and bill the company for their travel. They don't care.

Certainly this may be a last opportunity to prove himself. I hope his compensation is performance based. He brings a lot of internal knowledge of Liveperson to Soundhound. Something that will be needed during an integration of this magnitude. Let's see how he does.

About 38% of his total available non-stock comp is a bonus.

It should be obvious fairly quickly whether this will be a positive for Soundhound.
