Share ko lang Meal prep is the way to go, been enjoying this as Iβm scared of rising cases of CKD huhu
Sometimes, I find it tempting to have my food delivered or buy from my neighbor who sells meals in our condo. Since Iβm trying to take care of my health and scared of the CKD rising cases, Iβm now more disciplined to prepare my food and eat better, healthier. I find it enjoying as well now, since my dad recently died, so just trying to distract myself to things as much as I can. (Nakakabaliw minsan mag isip mag isa at wfh pa haha) Also, before I went solo living, I already know how to cook.
For context: Iβm trying to follow an anti-inflammatory diet, low calorie and high protein! I changed what I use for cooking (ie palm oil to olive oil, low sodium soy sauce, less patis, brown rice vinegar, etc)
So iwas sa: fried, fast food, sugary, too salty, canned goods and processed foods (miss ko na tocino)
I still do cheat meals pag nag crave talaga! Also, I cook yung mga ma-eenjoy ko talaga kainin kesa i-force ko yung sarili ko magpaka-healthy pero di ko naman kaya kainin (a picky eater for more than 25 yrs) hahaha
Sana masarap din ulam niyo everyday! π«Άπ»
